natsuki Engine is a 2D game engine built to be compatible with multiple platforms with little porting effort required.
With a focus on high performance, the engine features a detached entity component system to allow in-game entities to focus solely on the required logic with maximum reusability of logic between other entity classes.
It also features an intelligent collision detection system, which can intelligently determine which collisions should be tested based on entity defined criteria. During our testing, this would result in over 10,000 inapplicable collisions not being tested - creating a major performance gain.
The game engine is under active development. It is currently being used in an arcade machine project as a bootloader frontend, as well as in our unannounced game project.
